About the role

  • Responsible for the strategic ownership, evolution, and delivery of ServiceNow capabilities
  • Blend product management discipline, hands-on business analysis, and delivery oversight
  • Ensure solutions drive measurable business value, strong adoption, and scalable governance
  • Serve as the primary bridge between business stakeholders, platform teams, developers, and vendors
  • Own the product lifecycle from demand intake through roadmap execution and post-release optimization

Requirements

  • A University Degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 10 years prior relevant experience
  • 5 years of experience as a Product Manager
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow
  • Strong understanding of product management practices
  • Proven ability to perform business analysis
  • Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery models
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS, or domain-specific certifications) (Preferred)
  • Experience in large, highly regulated, or global organizations (Preferred)
  • Experience with ServiceNow platform (Preferred)
  • Experience partnering with system integrators or managed service providers (Preferred)
  • Experience or certification with Agile or Scaled Agile Framework (Preferred)
