About the role
- Gather and define requirements representing the customers need
- Write User Acceptance Criteria from business requirements
- Write clear Test Scripts and assist with testing defects analysis
- Understand business and technical aspects of the ServiceNow platform
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Business Analyst
- 2+ years’ experience in a supporting role in the ServiceNow Platform
- Strong Excel and Visio Skills
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Skilled in interacting with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), Stakeholders, Developers and RTX internal customers
