About the role

  • Provide guidance, coaching and feedback to a team responsible for deploying digital tools and MES (Solumina G8 / iSeries)
  • Set the long‑term vision and strategy for Aftermarket Operations Digital Transformation, ensuring alignment with business objectives to include a unified aftermarket approach, customer requirements, and enterprise standards.
  • Lead capital planning and deployment to ensure investments align with long‑term capability needs and industry competitiveness.
  • Optimize effectiveness in communication and influential leadership to inspire, align, and collaborate effectively with stakeholders across all levels of the organization, driving meaningful impact and organizational change.
  • Work directly with our Aftermarket units to identify and prioritize digital projects.
  • Work with Digital Technology counterparts to develop potential solutions.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, across various functions with conflicting needs/priorities.
  • Identify roadblocks/risks, provide mitigations & solutions to continuously advance progress.
  • Serve as a key member of the Business Operations leadership team, influencing strategy, driving transformation, and shaping the future of the Aftermarket Operations.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable RTX and Pratt & Whitney policies and procedures including individual employee awareness of responsibility and accountability.
  • Demonstrate ethical leadership and compliance.
  • Ability to travel up to 20% to include limited international travel needs.

Requirements

  • Advanced degree and 10+ years of experience in Digital Technologies, Computer/Software Science, Engineering, Project Management or technical role; OR Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years of experience in relevant industry experience.
  • 5+ years of leadership experience managing both direct & indirect reports.
  • 5+ years of experience in managing large-scale technology deployment or implementation projects to include automation, digital factory upgrades and/or next‑generation manufacturing enhancements.
  • Systems architecture experience that incorporates Industry 4.0 concepts and advanced technologies.
  • Experience developing and leading capital strategy, technology roadmaps, and large‑scale digital technology transformations within a multi-site manufacturing company.
