About the role
- Support day to day planning and orchestration of blueprint activities for the R2R workstream.
- Collaborate with business and digital team members and cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide guidance on utilizing the ERP system effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that leveraging S/4HANA, enhancing our workstream processes in alignment desired RTX operating model and industry best practices.
- Support creation of new and innovative solutions to support digital and business strategies and common design aspirations.
- Support the evaluation of options for bolt-on applications and make recommendations based on functional requirements, desired RTX operating model, and industry best practices.
- Assist data team and process teams in data mapping activities and testing.
- Document common solutions, including configuration documents, process flows and data policies.
- Deliver functional specifications for any forms, reports, enhancements, conversion programs, integrations and workflows deemed in scope of the workstream as part of program.
- Support the build, testing, cutover & hypercare phases to ensure successful migration from legacy systems to new environments and continued business performance.
Requirements
- Minimum 10+ years experience with Record to Report (R2R)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (SREM) or equivalent combination of related work and schooling in lieu of degree
- Experience in Record to Report (R2R)
- Experience with SAP S4 HANA transformation
- Current U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract
- Ability to travel up to 30%
- Experience working on large, complex A&D enterprise projects or similarly regulated, large organization (preferred)
- Strong understanding of finance processes including Finance Master Data, Allocations, FP&A, Financial Reporting, Tax, Treasury, Intercompany, G/L, Fixed Assets, Payroll, Period Close & Consolidation, Project Accounting, Revenue Recognition (preferred)
- Program Management skills (preferred)
- In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP systems including system configuration, data management, and reporting capabilities (preferred)
- Experience with agile frameworks/iterative approaches to software development and implementation projects (preferred)
