About the role
- Lead the strategic sourcing process for nonproduct Contingent Labor OSC-led categories, including strategy development, market analysis, supplier negotiations, and implementation
- Manage enterprise-wide contracts and supplier relationships for key commodity areas
- Develop and execute category strategies aligned with business goals, leveraging data-driven insights and best in class sourcing practices
- Partner with business unit operations, engineering, and human resources to understand requirements and ensure cross-functional alignment
- Lead supplier performance management, including KPIs, scorecards, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies, sourcing governance, and risk management requirements
- Support cost modeling, benchmarking, and should cost analysis to identify value opportunities
- Oversee RFPs/RFQ's, contract lifecycle management, and negotiations in collaboration with legal and business stakeholders
- Travel up to 25% of the time if required
Requirements
- U.S. citizenship is required
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, or a related field and minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Contingent Labor or Professional Services category OR an Advanced Degree and minimum 7 years relevant experience in Contingent Labor or Professional Services procurement category
- Demonstrated success leading RFPs and negotiating large-scale Contingent Labor or Professional Services contracts (preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to lead a team in a matrixed organization (preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract insights from complex datasets (preferred)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities (preferred)
- Eligible candidates must be willing to travel up to 25% of the time
