About the role
- Execute planning, coordination, and delivery of experiential, mentoring, and coaching programs to ensure consistent, high-quality implementation
- Lead end-to-end project management initiatives within the PM Development portfolio
- Own and maintain master program trackers, calendars, rosters, templates, and communications
- Manage volunteer interest pipelines to ensure adequate resourcing and alignment with program needs
- Drive continuous improvement by benchmarking against industry best practices and applying feedback, data, and evaluation insights
- Provide ad-hoc operational support, as needed, to include assistance in scheduling, logistics, event coordination, and follow-up activities
- Ensure all deliverables reflect and uphold the PM Development team’s reputation for excellence
- Travel, up to 20%, to participate in domestic business engagements
Requirements
- Typically requires a university degree in a related field and minimum of 8 years prior relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field and minimum 5 years relevant experience
- Experience leading initiatives with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Experience leading project initiatives
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously from concept through adoption
- Knowledge of project management best practices
- High-level of emotional intelligence and learning agility that translates to initiative, self-motivation, resourcefulness, patience, and the ability to work in a highly ambiguous environment
- Organizational skills with strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite resources
- Customer Oriented Results and Excellence (CORE) Apprentice and/or Champion Level Certificate with aspirations of advanced training
