About the role

  • Develop, maintain, and continuously improve aftermarket parts demand across product lines and customer segments
  • Partner with proposal management, contracts, repair planners, program managers, and other cross functional teams to align ERP system demand with lead-time, customer expectations and business strategy
  • Collaborate closely with plant operations and supply chain teams to align production capacity, material availability, and fulfillment plans with scheduled demand
  • Define, support, and track aftermarket planning reports, KPIs, and performance metrics (inventory health, service levels, on-time delivery, sales targets etc.)
  • Analyze supply, demand, and inventory data to develop dashboards, visualizations, and executive-level presentations
  • Project inventory requirements and identify gaps, risks, and opportunities to improve inventory optimization and planning accuracy
  • Investigate and resolve data integrity issues, system challenges, and calculation discrepancies across planning tools and ERP systems
  • Perform root cause analysis on recurring planning issues and implement corrective actions to drive sustainable improvements
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance planning processes, data quality, and operational performance

Requirements

  • Typically requires a University degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience
  • Working experience within a production and inventory management, supply chain, materials planning, or similar role
  • Experience working within SAP or similar ERP/MRP systems
  • Working experience with Continuous Improvement / Lean / Six Sigma
  • Project Management experience is preferred
