About the role
- Lead organizational change management efforts for strategic, complex initiatives within the business and with strong collaboration across business units.
- Conceptualize and implement strategic change management plans that will help drive business value around key initiatives.
- Assess and identify key stakeholders care abouts and creating scalable strategies for managing to expectations.
- Partner to develop and execute timely communication messaging and education programs that are aligned with the business change milestones.
- Partner to identify and drive key change readiness activities that align to the business value and benefits of initiatives, by utilizing various metrics and measurements.
- Use strategic, innovative approaches to build efficient, industry-aligned change management processes and procedures while helping develop a Center of Excellence that establishes enterprise standards and best practices.
- Effectively communicate change strategy, progress, and risks to executive stakeholders to drive alignment and timely decisions.
Requirements
- Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years experience.
- Experience supporting large-scale, enterprise-wide change management initiatives.
- Functional change management consulting experience.
- Experience with industry-leading change management methodologies.
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.
