About the role

  • Ensuring RLPM (RTX Lifecycle Program Management) methodology for assigned project(s)
  • Receive minimal instruction on day-to-day work assignments.
  • Plans schedules and arranges own activities in accomplishing objectives.
  • Management of the team’s cost and schedule, including Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) development and maintenance and Earned Value Management (EVMS) techniques.
  • Analyzing Monthly Earned value metrics and providing summary reports.
  • Perform SAP / AO Report extractions, analysis, and reconciliation.
  • Assist the Program Manager with scope analysis and Risk and Opportunity management.

Requirements

  • Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience
  • 3+ years as a Cost Account Manager Preferred including presenting and managing quarterly directorate-level Estimate at Completes (EACs)
  • EVMS Certification
