About the role
- Provide leadership and management for the Classified Networking organization.
- Responsibilities include technical planning, long-term budget planning, technical debt management, solution catalog inputs, and support daily operations.
- Deliver stable, proactive, secure, and supportable operational environments.
- Lead a team to deliver business value and meet the needs of Raytheon and RTX.
- Manage and develop a team of seven leaders and 110 individual contributors.
Requirements
- Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 10 years' experience
- Experience with Networking and Network technologies.
- Experience Leading teams in professional technology environments.
- Experience managing workforce planning and resource management.
- Experience in project management.
- Experience in financial management, either in financial portfolio or budget, including Annual Operations Planning.
- Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date.
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
