About the role
- Primary customer interface and manages execution of initial phases of business captures (demonstrations, studies, initial prototype development, etc.) enabling follow-on business and transition to development programs teams
- Capture manager securing international launch customer(s) for Excalibur S, Excalibur N5, Extended Range Artillery Projectile, DeepStrike™ and DeepFires™ Weapon systems
- Explore, codify and advance projects within Long Range Precision fires
- Lead internal reviews and executive briefings pertaining to all pursuits to include, Gate, Color Teams & Strategy Reviews, contract negotiation/definitization & start-up efforts
- Provide day-to-day leadership of cross-functional pursuit teams
Requirements
- Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 12 years prior relevant experience
- An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 10 years experience
- International capture or program management experience
- Experience with Foreign Military Sales, Direct Commercial Sales, and/or export authorizations
- Experience developing and reviewing cost proposals
- Experience in any of the following: competitive analysis, customer analysis, win strategy development, color teams, gates and/or price-to-win analysis
