- You will have exposure to strategic projects and support transformation initiatives within Operations & Quality.
- You will analyze survey results and HR data to make recommendations that drive organization-wide results.
- You will support talent development through multiple channels to accelerate employee growth.
- You will support talent rotational programs including the Operations & Quality rotational and internship programs giving you exposure to build your business acumen and HR skills.
- Your voice matters. You will play an active role in talent initiatives and leadership development plans for the Operations & Quality organization making a positive impact in someone’s career development!
Requirements
- The student must be pursuing an advanced degree in an applicable discipline.
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.
- Basic understanding of Human Resources.
- Knowledge of employment laws.
