About the role
- Coordinate Operations Technology roadmaps and priorities for Interiors business.
- Represent needs of Interiors factories on all Operations Technology initiatives.
- Drive awareness, adoption, and best practice sharing for Interiors business.
- Accurately and effectively communicate and present to Management and Executive Leadership.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of data governance, best practice and code within the organization and enable citizen development across the Interiors business.
- Travel up to 25% both domestically and internationally when circumstances permit.
Requirements
- A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 10 years’ experience
- Experience leading manufacturing-related projects and change initiatives
- Hands-on manufacturing experience, including regular on-site engagement on the factory floor to support, implement, or optimize operational technology, automation, or digital manufacturing solutions
