About the role
- Develop and maintain full-stack web applications using React.js for front-end development and Python and node.js for back-end services.
- Build and deploy applications on AWS and Azure cloud platforms, ensuring scalability and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration and successful solution delivery, aligned with agile principles of teamwork and transparency.
- Write clean, testable, and efficient code with a strong emphasis on performance, scalability, maintainability, and comprehensive documentation to support long-term development.
- Integrate APIs and microservices to support enterprise-grade applications.
- Work with SQL databases to design, query, and optimize data storage solutions.
- Implement best practices for version control and CI/CD pipelines using GitHub and other DevOps tools.
- Leverage knowledge of AI technologies, including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), to enhance application capabilities and workflows.
- Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and agile ceremonies.
- Work in a highly regulated, security-conscious environment, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Requirements
- Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
- Proficiency in React.js, Python, and cloud platforms like AWS and Azure.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.).
- Strong understanding of front-end development, including responsive design and modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Knowledge of back-end development, including RESTful APIs and SQL database integration.
- Experience with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with AI technologies, including RAG, NLP, and related frameworks.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity, define technical direction, and drive end-to-end solutions.
