About the role
- Execute planning, coordination, and delivery of experiential, mentoring, and coaching programs
- Lead end-to-end project management initiatives within the PM Development portfolio
- Own and maintain master program trackers, calendars, rosters, templates, and communications
- Manage volunteer interest pipelines to ensure adequate resourcing and alignment with program needs
- Drive continuous improvement by benchmarking against industry best practices
- Provide ad-hoc operational support, as needed, including assistance in scheduling, logistics, event coordination, and follow-up activities
- Travel, up to 20%, to participate in domestic business engagements
Requirements
- Typically requires a university degree in a related field and minimum of 5 years prior relevant experience
- or an advanced degree in a related field and minimum of 3 years relevant experience
- Experience supporting cross-functional teams or stakeholders
- Experience leading project initiatives
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously from concept through adoption
- Knowledge of project management best practices
- High-level of emotional intelligence and learning agility
- Organizational skills with strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite resources
- Customer Oriented Results and Excellence (CORE) Apprentice and/or Champion Level Certificate
