About the role
- Play a key role in developing the program management community at Raytheon through current and future initiatives
- Manage multiple development projects, including schedule management, event coordination, leader engagement, etc
- Assess current offerings relative to organizational needs and drive the creation of new programs or enhancements to existing ones
- Execute planning, coordination, and delivery of experiential, mentoring, and coaching programs to ensure consistent, high-quality implementation
- Travel, up to 20%, to participate in domestic business engagements
Requirements
- Typically requires a university degree in a related field and minimum of 8 years prior relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field and minimum 5 years relevant experience
- Experience leading initiatives while engaging with cross-functional teams and various levels of stakeholders
- Experience managing programs/projects (planning to execution)
