  • Able and willing to travel domestically and internationally
  • Able to establish and nurture productive relationships, both internally and externally

  • Proven ability to create and identify new opportunities for business
  • An ability to work self-sufficiently to deliver on agreed goals
  • Can anticipate problems, identify innovative and logical solutions, and then to confidently enact them
  • An able communicator in verbal, written and presentational forms to all audiences
  • Able to manage and work within agreed budgets
  • Willing to challenge and question
  • Current SC clearance or ability to achieve SC clearance
  • Established background in Aerospace and/or Defence (Desirable)
  • An understanding of UK MoD, Foreign Governments and Military (Desirable)
  • Member of a relevant Engineering or Programme Management Professional Institution (Desirable)
  • Experience of effective management of programmes using Earned Value Management (Desirable)
