About the role

  • Design, deploy, configure, and manage AWS cloud infrastructure using services such as EC2, S3, VPC, RDS, Lambda, SNS, IAM, and CloudWatch
  • Manage IAM identities and access controls , including users, groups, roles, and policies, ensuring security best practices
  • Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using AWS CloudFormation (YAML/JSON) to automate provisioning and configuration
  • Create automation scripts using AWS CLI, Bash, or Python to streamline routine operational tasks
  • Manage and maintain source code repositories using Git, Bitbucket, or AWS CodeCommit
  • Troubleshoot and resolve cloud-related issues across production and non-production environments
  • Support application deployments and collaborate with developers, support teams, and stakeholders
  • Document cloud architectures, operational procedures, and best practices to ensure consistency and knowledge sharing

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with core AWS services including S3, VPC, EC2, RDS, IAM, CloudWatch, SNS, Lambda, and CloudFormation
  • Strong understanding of Linux and/or Windows server administration
  • Solid knowledge of cloud security principles and identity & access management
  • Experience with source code management tools such as Git or Bitbucket
  • Basic understanding of Infrastructure as Code concepts (CloudFormation and/or Terraform)
  • AWS Certification (Cloud Practitioner or Solutions Architect – Associate)
  • Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as CloudWatch and Grafana
  • Familiarity with AWS CI/CD services (CodeCommit, CodeBuild, CodeDeploy)
  • Exposure to container technologies like Docker, ECS, or EKS
