About the role

  • Cultivate customer relationships to establish Raytheon as a trusted partner within NATO and the European Union
  • Engage high level foreign and USG officials to identify, qualify, cultivate, shape, and capture opportunities within the land and air defense portfolio of solutions
  • Identify capability/capacity gaps and requirements, subsequently developing creative, integrated solutions in partnership with Raytheon functional leads
  • Work closely with the LADS program and functional leads to manage New Business Investment (NBI), and capture the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) while shaping top-line pipeline growth for the future
  • Support and coordinate the Raytheon Lifecycle Program Management (RLPM), proposal, Release, EX/IM, Engineering, and Capabilities Assessment teams
  • Work with in-country and regional teams, including Non-Employee Sales Representatives (NSRs), to develop and execute country-specific program and growth strategies
  • Collaborate with RTX Global Government Relations (GGR) at the Federal, State/Local on Public Policy in their advocation and development of new technologies and our solutions
  • International and domestic travel up to 30%

Requirements

  • Typically requires a University Degree and a minimum of 12 years’ experience in capture management and /or business development or an Advanced Degree and a minimum of 10 years’ experience
  • Experience in customer facing activities such as business development, program management or experience within the Land and/or Air Domain, and/or Defense Acquisition
  • Experience working with cross functional teams such as Engineering, Global Trade, Contracts, Operations and Supply Chain, Legal and Global Government Relations
