About the role
- Installation, customization, configuration, currency, and support of Active Directory, Entra ID, and LDAP Directory Services support and governance tools
- Develop documentation, workflow diagrams, and assist with the creation of test scripts
- Participate in projects that require IAM team involvement
- Oversee production releases
- Monitor delivery against SLAs
- Support and ensure daily processes are in place to maintain an efficient platform
- Review solutions to ensure new and existing integrations are implemented to best practice and security standards
- Participate in production support for any Sev 1 / Sev 2 incidents
Requirements
- Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience
- and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience
- 3+ years of Active Directory experience, or 3+ years of Entra ID experience, or 3+ years of LDAP Directory Services experience
