About the role
- Build strategy, lead and manage negotiations for Software contracts
- Review, draft, and revise various contracts
- Identify and mitigate potential risks in contracts
- Manage relationships with suppliers
- Lead/support software license audits
- Manage digital application suppliers and engagement plans
- Recommend and implement process improvements in contract management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or related discipline
- Minimum 12 years of Sourcing and Procurement of Digital IT software
- Hands-on contracting experience with emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, MLOps)
- Software licensing models
- Microsoft 365 proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams)
