About the role
- Configuring and managing monitoring solutions
- Troubleshooting user reported issues via service desk ticket
- Installation, customization, configuration, and support of Active Directory support and governance tools
- Develop documentation, workflow diagrams, and assist with the creation of test scripts
- Participate in projects that require Identity and Access Management (IAM) team involvement
- Oversee production releases
- Monitor delivery against SLAs
- Support and ensure daily processes are in place to maintain an efficient platform
- Review solutions to ensure new and existing integrations are implemented to best practice and security standards
- Participate in production support for any Sev 1 / Sev 2 incidents
Requirements
- Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM)
- Minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience
- In absence of a degree, 9 years of relevant experience
- Experience with Active Directory and server monitoring processes and solutions
- Knowledge in scripting (PowerShell, SQL, access, excel) and data mapping
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with capturing and analyzing network packet captures
- Experience using Splunk for log analysis
