About the role
- Support the Global Trade Program Office team in planning and tracking milestones for implementing multiple RTX and business initiatives.
- Participate in RTX-wide global trade initiatives to plan for Raytheon actions, such as compliance system updates or new implementation.
- Lead program work with the various functional organizations to ensure alignment with the program objectives.
- Monitor, interact, and course correct highly skilled technical teams to support agreed goals.
- Measure and report on project statuses to stakeholders at all levels utilizing business and project management resources and procedures.
- Manage budgets in multiple capacities, support management of cost, schedules, and customer interface activities.
- Analyze data and monitor projects to ensure adherence to scope of work, cost, and schedule.
- Proactively identify and address risks and develop solutions to problems which require critical thinking, creativity, and innovation.
Requirements
- A University Degree or equivalent experience
- minimum 12 years prior relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field and minimum 10 years’ experience
- Direct management or people leader experience or similar leadership experience leading matrixed or cross functional teams to success
- Experience in project management and project management strategy or similar project ownership responsibility in a deadline, metrics and results-driven environment
