Create and maintain the program Integrated Master Plan (IMP) and the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
Work closely with multiple schedulers to roll updates into a Master schedule.
Track plans and schedules, solicit regular updates, identify and resolve critical path and network logic conflicts.
Interact with Control Account Managers (CAMs)/Integrated Product Team (IPT) Leads to develop intermediate schedules and incorporate them into the IMS.
Advanced analytics and ownership to assist CAMs/IPTs with awareness of schedule impacts before closing month end.
Participate in the development of proposals including the creation of interim schedules and providing advice for the creation of Basis of Estimate documents.
Incorporate regular status and forecast updates in the IMS based on inputs from CAMs.
Conduct thorough critical path and driving path analysis of the IMS.
Work in parallel with the cost analyst of the program to ensure the cost and schedule are reconciled.
Take steps to correct any mismatched items and address root cause.
Present required and requested schedule-related reports to Program Management including highlights of schedule-related issues affecting program execution and recommendations for mitigation.
Support monthly Program Reviews, quarterly EACs, and monthly IPMDAR reporting.
Support ongoing compliance reviews and/or periodic process audits (e.g., DCAA, DCMA and Joint Surveillance Process).
Ensure the proper implementation of EVMS through the use of standardized processes, tools, reports out on-going compliance reviews and/or periodic process audits (e.g. DCAA, DCMA and Joint Surveillance Process).
Ability to travel 10-15%
Requirements
Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience.
The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
Experience as a Schedule analyst with Microsoft Project
