About the role
- Coach and develop delegate sales team in selling process of paid/unpaid events
- Create strategies and outreach plans for team to increase delegate participation rates
- Build and expand relationships with current delegates and speakers
- Help to develop and execute marketing efforts to generate additional leads
- Work closely with the VP of Events to ensure the delegate team is tracking toward event goals
- Collaborate with internal teams to produce event collateral, materials and follow-up
- Travel nationally throughout the year
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- A minimum of 24 months of experience managing sales teams
- Organized and detailed-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and consistency
- Must be proactive and have the ability to lead under pressure
- Competency with technology and ability to learn new software and applications
- Ability to travel
