About the role

  • Lead and own the marketing plan development and execution for RTI in Automotive
  • Contribute to the development of RTI’s Automotive go-to-market strategy, ensuring initiatives and priorities are aligned across the company
  • Drive the development and execution of RTI’s Automotive market positioning and messaging around Software-defined vehicles (SDVs)
  • Draft and edit Automotive content including but not limited to: speaking abstracts, collateral, trade show materials, blog posts, articles, presentations, and sales training materials in collaboration with other company stakeholders
  • Build and execute proactive, multi-channel demand generation campaigns in support of corporate initiatives and priorities; coordinate campaign execution within the Marketing Department; conduct post-program analysis to measure campaign success metrics
  • Collaborate internally with the automotive marketing, solutions and sales teams to serve as a pulse of the industry, contributing themes and thought leadership topics to corporate content and communication channels, such as blog posts, social media posts, contributed articles, etc.
  • Build relationships with marketing counterparts at select partner organizations; develop and execute partner co-marketing and sales enablement programs

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in the Automotive industry
  • Excellent writing and editing abilities
  • Proven track record of executing results-oriented Automotive product marketing campaigns
  • Knowledge of and experience in B2B marketing to software architects/engineers/developer
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to build consensus and lead initiatives across departments and with key stakeholders
  • Team player with the ability to quickly establish rapport, credibility and influence throughout an organization at all levels and across departments
  • Highly-organized, detail-oriented and proficient at prioritizing and managing multiple projects
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing-related field
  • Occasional travel required to industry tradeshows, corporate offices and/or customer/partner sites (~8x/year)
