About the role
- Manage Full-Cycle Recruitment: Lead the end-to-end hiring process for diverse technical roles, including Software Engineers (Big Data, Machine Learning, Backend Development), Research Scientists, and Product Managers and many more.
- Source Strategically: Identify and engage passive talent using advanced sourcing techniques, focusing on high-quality candidates who thrive in high-scale environments.
- Partner with Leadership: Act as a talent advisor to Hiring Managers and Tech Leads to calibrate requirements and optimize the interview process.
- Optimize Candidate Experience: Ensure a professional, transparent, and engaging journey for every candidate, reflecting RTB House’s values.
- Drive Data-Driven Hiring: Utilize recruitment metrics to identify bottlenecks and suggest improvements to our recruitment process.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in full-cycle IT recruitment, preferably within a fast-paced product company or a specialized agency.
- Fluency in English (C1 level or higher) and Polish with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Strong Technical Literacy: A solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and the ability to distinguish between various tech stacks and seniority levels.
- Proactive Mindset: Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment where 'quality over quantity' is the guiding principle.
