Troubleshoot and resolve issues across VMware vSphere and Microsoft Hyper‑V environments
Assist with net-new deployments and migrations of VMware, Hyper-V, Nutanix and Scale Computing clusters
Administer and support Active Directory services (AD DS, DNS, Group Policy, replication, authentication issues)
Support and troubleshoot Microsoft Certificate Authorities / PKI, including certificate issuance, renewals, trust issues
Diagnose and remediate storage-related issues involving NetApp and other SAN/NAS platforms
Support Veeam environments, addressing backup failures, repository issues
Assist with infrastructure assessments and remediation efforts
Execute upgrades, fixes, and configuration changes under the guidance of senior engineers
Produce clear, client-ready technical documentation and findings summaries

Requirements

3+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering, systems administration, or technical consulting
Hands-on experience supporting VMware vSphere and/or Microsoft Hyper-V
Active Directory, DNS, and Group Policy
Certificate Authorities / PKI
Veeam Backup & Replication
Working knowledge of enterprise storage platforms (NetApp experience preferred)
Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills across identity, virtualization, and storage layers
Ability to communicate technical issues and solutions clearly to clients
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field OR an Associate’s degree (AA/AS) with equivalent practical experience
