About the role
- Responsible for planning, coordination, and execution of all aspects of assigned projects
- Communicate regularly to Team Director and stakeholders the project status, risk, and issues
- Develop project plans, schedules and budgets
- Manage approved objectives, budget, schedule, resources, and deliverables
- Revise project plan as appropriate to meet changing needs
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 - 8 years of experience leading technical teams
- Proven experience implementing and managing ERP solutions
- Proven leader with ability to motivate teams
- Solid understanding of financial analysis and planning
- Strong understanding of technology and ability to learn new technologies
- Proven experience in influencing and driving change
- PMP certification desired
