About the role
- Role: TDM Business Partner Manager for Talent Development and Management at RSM\n
- Focus: designing, developing, implementing, and evaluating talent development programs\n
- Responsibilities: needs assessments, curriculum development, content creation, project management, stakeholder coordination, performance solutions\n
- Collaboration: with TDM Leadership, business leaders, SMEs, and other departments\n
- Outcomes: on-time delivery, quality learning programs, productivity improvements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience\n
- Degree in education, instructional design, human resource development or related area; master’s degree; CPA a plus\n
- Proficiency with PowerPoint, Word, Excel and SharePoint\n
- Knowledge of instructional design principles, including evaluation design and assessment skills\n
- Interpersonal and communication (verbal and written)\n
- Problem solving\n
- Organizational and time management\n
- Project management\n
- Attention to detail\n
- Ability to respond and be adaptable to changing priorities\n
- Facilitating and presenting\n
- Content knowledge in or experience working with subject matter experts in assurance, tax or consulting\n

- Previous experience managing multiple projects of high to moderate risk\n
- Previous experience facilitating small group meetings\n
- Practical knowledge of learning implementation and employee development\n
- Managing projects and stakeholders\n
- Client service and issue resolution\n
- Compiling and reviewing data to make business decisions\n
- Previous experience in public accounting or business consulting environment (Preferred)\n
- Leadership skills: ability to manage multiple milestone projects, supervise, direct and review results
