About the role
- Serve as a point of support for managers and employees, advising on HR policies, processes and workflows.
- Keep HR spreadsheets, dashboards and KPI controls up to date.
- Manage recruitment and selection routines.
- Support exit interviews, consolidating information and insights for continuous improvement.
- Lead training, onboarding and development activities.
- Drive initiatives related to organizational climate, engagement, internal communications and employee experience.
- Run internal marketing campaigns, recognition programs and commemorative events.
- Participate in initiatives focused on wellbeing, diversity and strengthening organizational culture.
- Act with a consultative, empathetic and welcoming approach when supporting employees.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Human Resources Management, in progress or completed.
- Previous experience in generalist HR routines.
- Intermediate Excel and strong skills with controls, reports and KPI analysis.
- Experience creating presentations and executive materials (PowerPoint and/or Canva).
- Experience consolidating and presenting reports and results to managers.
- Good communication, organization and a consultative attitude.
- Desirable: experience with Recruitment & Selection, Climate Surveys, Performance Evaluation and Individual Development Plans (IDP), Mentoring Programs, Great Place to Work (GPTW) certification, development tracks and internal marketing activities.
