About the role

  • Serve as a point of support for managers and employees, advising on HR policies, processes and workflows.
  • Keep HR spreadsheets, dashboards and KPI controls up to date.
  • Manage recruitment and selection routines.
  • Support exit interviews, consolidating information and insights for continuous improvement.
  • Lead training, onboarding and development activities.
  • Drive initiatives related to organizational climate, engagement, internal communications and employee experience.
  • Run internal marketing campaigns, recognition programs and commemorative events.
  • Participate in initiatives focused on wellbeing, diversity and strengthening organizational culture.
  • Act with a consultative, empathetic and welcoming approach when supporting employees.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Human Resources Management, in progress or completed.
  • Previous experience in generalist HR routines.
  • Intermediate Excel and strong skills with controls, reports and KPI analysis.
  • Experience creating presentations and executive materials (PowerPoint and/or Canva).
  • Experience consolidating and presenting reports and results to managers.
  • Good communication, organization and a consultative attitude.
  • Desirable: experience with Recruitment & Selection, Climate Surveys, Performance Evaluation and Individual Development Plans (IDP), Mentoring Programs, Great Place to Work (GPTW) certification, development tracks and internal marketing activities.
