About the role
- Responsible for preparing, monitoring, and reviewing lists;
- Identifies the need for testing based on relevance and proposes solutions under the guidance of more experienced professionals;
- Works autonomously to coordinate the team and advance work, requesting occasional guidance from supervisors; instructs the team on tasks to be performed and supervises data, reports, and results;
- Performs testing activities and prepares reports on projects with high technical complexity;
- Provides information and guidance on a wide range of tax issues faced by the target company;
- Actively participates in status and Q&A meetings with the target company;
- Drafts and reviews Q&A documents;
- Supports managers in time tracking, reporting on project progress, and in managing the relationship with the target company;
- Supports the professional development of the team by identifying needs, contributing to the preparation of technical training materials, and delivering on-the-job training for less experienced staff;
Requirements
- Previous experience as a senior in tax due diligence;
- Currently pursuing or holding a degree in Law, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields.
