About the role
- Developing and implementing machine learning models
- Performing advanced data analysis
- Identifying patterns and trends to improve efficiency and usability of products and services
- Creating insightful reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making across the organization
- Working with stakeholders to identify key metrics and opportunities for improving business processes
- Developing and implementing machine learning models, including feature engineering, model design, training, and deployment
- Performing data mining, exploration, and statistical analysis to uncover trends and actionable insights
- Creating data visualizations, reports, dashboards, and performing data audits
- Leveraging predictive models to optimize customer experiences and drive business outcomes
- Creating automated anomaly detection systems to monitor and ensure data quality and operational performance
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field
- Master’s degree or Ph.D. in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Engineering
- 6+ years of experience working in Data Science, preferably within a Software organization
- Experience with financial fraud detection and prevention is a major advantage
- Advanced proficiency in Python for data science and machine learning applications
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and analysis
- Strong experience with data visualization tools such as PowerBI and Tableau
- Expertise in data mining, statistical modeling, and machine learning
- Familiarity with cloud-based infrastructure, preferably Azure
- Understanding of Java is a plus
