About the role

  • Conduct site visits, audits, and follow-up actions to ensure contract delivery and compliance.
  • Drive sales growth and maximise contract revenue across RS’s full product and service offering.
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Understand customer operations, align solutions to KPIs, and identify new business opportunities.
  • Monitor and report performance against contract KPIs, including competitor insights and market trends.
  • Lead and develop the contract team, driving engagement, performance, and continuous improvement.
  • Support tender submissions, proposals, and customer queries with accurate and timely information.
  • Maintain accurate records, ensure compliance with H&S and quality standards, and manage budgets effectively.

Requirements

  • 2 to 3 years’ experience in Contract Management or Procurement
  • Mechanical, Electrical engineering, working in Project Management or Maintenance Management
  • Project management
  • Ability to effectively co-ordinate tasks
  • Capable of exerting excellent time management skills
  • Good communication skills
