About the role
- Lead and develop a high‑performing Field & Internal Sales team to exceed territory sales targets.
- Drive growth across Corporate and Territory Accounts through strategic customer engagement.
- Use customer and financial data to optimize territory planning and unlock new opportunities.
- Build a highly engaged, motivated, and performance‑driven sales culture.
- Partner with internal teams to deliver the full RS value proposition and outstanding customer experience.
- Ensure accurate sales reporting, data management, and monthly KPI performance insights.
- Manage budgets and implement sales strategies leveraging RS E‑solutions, Inventory Management, our own brand - RS Pro, and key brand partnerships.
Requirements
- Experience in Account Management and proven track record in B2B Sales
- Results driven which put emphasis on the importance of review process and execution.
- People Management skills and experience of managing a remote team
- Proven track record in building, retaining and motivating a high-performance team.
- Financial and business awareness with good analytical skills.
- Strong IT skills, especially Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication, negotiating and influencing skills.
- Ability to take ownership and set own goals and priorities.
