About the role
- Serves as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned accounts
- Manages account execution, timelines, and deliverables end to end
- Leads client communications, status updates, and performance discussions
- Develops and presents reports, insights, and recommendations
- Coordinates with cross-functional teams to meet client needs and expectations
- Identifies risks, resolves issues, and adjusts plans to ensure successful outcomes
- Supports account growth through retention, renewals, and expansion opportunities
- Contributes to account strategy, planning, and new opportunity discussions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 3–5 years of experience in account management, client services, or a related role
- Strong relationship management and client communication skills
- Ability to translate data and performance into clear insights
- Effective prioritization and project management
- Sound judgment and problem-solving in dynamic environments
- Confident presentation and storytelling skills
- Collaborative leadership without direct authority
