About the role
- Develop and manage relationships with C-suite and senior executives at health systems and large practices
- Originate, negotiate, and close enterprise partnerships
- Drive at least $2M+ in annual new revenue
- Expand existing relationships and uncover upsell opportunities
- Partner with executive leadership on growth strategy
- Represent RPM Healthcare at industry events and conferences
- Lead complex sales cycles from introduction to contract execution
- Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management
Requirements
- 10+ years of healthcare and/or health-tech sales experience
- Demonstrated success selling to health systems and large medical groups
- Established network within provider organizations
- Track record of closing multi-six- and seven-figure deals
- Experience in healthcare technology, SaaS, or managed services
- Strong executive presence and negotiation skills
- Strategic thinker with strong commercial instincts
- Highly organized and data-driven
