About the role
- Identify and unlock growth levers for the customer base
- Work on activation, credit limit utilization, average ticket, retention, and collections
- Structure hypotheses, run experiments, and scale successful initiatives
- Measure the financial impact generated by comparing *as is* vs. *to be* scenarios
- Build and execute **growth strategies based on financial levers**
- Ensure **prioritization by financial impact**, not by volume
- Measure **AS IS vs TO BE** scenarios
- Calculate the **delta of results generated**
Requirements
- Strong experience in **data- and results-driven Growth**
- Strong analytical skills (advanced Excel/Sheets, SQL or BI tools)
- Experience with **experiments, cohorts and financial metrics**
- Experience with financial products, credit, payments or retail
- Ability to structure hypotheses and action plans
- Strong pluses:
- Experience with **private label, CDC (consumer installment credit), cards, fintech or merchant acquiring**
- Knowledge of **LTV, RFV, scoring, risk and collections**
- Experience with **variable / performance-based compensation models**
- Experience working closely with finance teams
