About the role

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret eCommerce data from various sources
  • Develop and maintain regular reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Identify trends and provide data-driven insights to optimize the online shopping experience
  • Collaborate with their Manager and other stakeholders to support decision-making
  • Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns
  • Analyze website traffic, conversion metrics, leads and sales data
  • Design and maintain dashboards and reports for executive leadership and stakeholders
  • Work closely with Marketing, Product, UX, and Merchandising teams to align analytics with business goals

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Science, or a related field
  • Proven experience in web/eCommerce analytics and reporting
  • Proficiency in analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Excel, and BI/data visualization software
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Experience with eCommerce platforms
  • Knowledge of SQL and digital marketing strategies
