About the role
- Collect, analyze, and interpret eCommerce data from various sources
- Develop and maintain regular reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Identify trends and provide data-driven insights to optimize the online shopping experience
- Collaborate with their Manager and other stakeholders to support decision-making
- Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns
- Analyze website traffic, conversion metrics, leads and sales data
- Design and maintain dashboards and reports for executive leadership and stakeholders
- Work closely with Marketing, Product, UX, and Merchandising teams to align analytics with business goals
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Science, or a related field
- Proven experience in web/eCommerce analytics and reporting
- Proficiency in analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Excel, and BI/data visualization software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience with eCommerce platforms
- Knowledge of SQL and digital marketing strategies
