About the role
- Shape the analytical vision, commercial strategy, and performance optimization of travel offerings
- Oversee a high-performing analytics team ensuring data-driven insights guide product design and pricing
- Act as the primary strategic thought partner to leadership, synthesizing complex data into actionable strategies
- Guide analyses on traveler behavior, loyalty utilization, and product performance to identify opportunities
- Collaborate with various departments to support product innovation and promote a culture of curiosity
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business Analytics, Economics, Finance, Data Science, Strategy, or related field
- 7–10+ years of experience in strategy, analytics, business intelligence, or commercial insights roles
- Proven experience managing analysts or leading small to medium-sized teams
- Demonstrated expertise in forecasting, pricing analytics, behavioral insights, or revenue optimization
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Track record of translating complex analytics into clear, actionable business strategies
- Experience building or leading analytical frameworks, test-and-learn programs, or strategic planning
