Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
- HRIS certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP, or similar) is a plus
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in HRIS management or a related role
- Proven experience with HRIS systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Salesforce, Workday)
- Experience managing HRIS, upgrades, and data management
- Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in data analysis, reporting, and HR metrics
- Excellent project management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
