About the role
- Responsible for the processing of the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA) contract and visa of crew members
- Accountable for the POEA and Visa processing
- Responsible on the daily operational responsibilities of the POEA and Visa processing
- Ensuring that monitoring for POEA and Visa are updated
- Ensuring that POEA contracts and Visa of all crew members are timely released
- Conducting Visa briefing on crew members
Requirements
- At least 1-2 years of experience in the same position preferred
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, preferably in International Studies or Maritime Field
- Knowledge in various POEA and Visa requirements, application, other documents required in joining ports
- Knowledge in the use of Office Productivity Tools
