- Manage high-value, emotionally driven sales conversations
- Proactively manage assigned leads through outbound calls, email, and voicemail
- Conduct discovery-led conversations to understand guest motivations, lifestyle, and aspirations
- Recommend tailored Silversea voyages and experiences
- Guiding guests through decision-making, addressing objections with empathy
- Maximize upsell opportunities and incremental revenue options
- Build long-term relationships that drive repeat bookings and referrals
- Act as a Silversea brand ambassador
- Deliver consistently high-touch, luxury service across all guest interactions
- Operate confidently within Genesys and CRM platforms
Requirements
- Performance-driven mindset with a focus on high compensation
- Demonstrated success in high-value, relationship-based sales
- Proven ability to influence decisions without relying on discounting
- Strong emotional intelligence and listening skills
- Confidence engaging affluent or aspirational clients
- Excellent spoken and written English
- CRM proficiency and strong attention to detail
- Real estate sales (preferred)
- Private banking / financial services (preferred)
- Luxury automotive or high-end retail (preferred)
