About the role
- Drive efficiency, productivity, and performance across the organization by optimizing business processes.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives, apply structured methodologies, and manage a team of process professionals to deliver measurable improvements.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive business process optimization strategy aligned with department strategy.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Lead assessments of existing workflows, systems, and processes to identify opportunities for streamlining and automation.
- Champion the use of Lean Six Sigma and other proven consulting methodologies.
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of process improvement professionals.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Collaborate with systems team to leverage technology and automation solutions for process optimization.
- Establish and monitor KPIs to evaluate the success of process initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field; Master’s preferred.
- Proven experience in business process optimization, including consulting engagements across industries.
- Strong understanding of Lean Six Sigma, Agile, and other process improvement methodologies.
- Demonstrated success in leading consulting-style projects, including stakeholder facilitation, time studies, and solution testing.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and driving organizational transformation.
- Proficient in process mapping, workflow analysis, and automation technologies.
- Business acumen with a strategic mindset and a passion for driving organizational excellence.
