About the role

  • Lead cross-functional initiatives, apply structured methodologies, and manage a team of process professionals to deliver measurable improvements.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive business process optimization strategy aligned with department strategy.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
  • Lead assessments of existing workflows, systems, and processes to identify opportunities for streamlining and automation.
  • Champion the use of Lean Six Sigma and other proven consulting methodologies.

  • Establish and monitor KPIs to evaluate the success of process initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field; Master’s preferred.
  • Proven experience in business process optimization, including consulting engagements across industries.
  • Strong understanding of Lean Six Sigma, Agile, and other process improvement methodologies.
  • Demonstrated success in leading consulting-style projects, including stakeholder facilitation, time studies, and solution testing.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and driving organizational transformation.
  • Proficient in process mapping, workflow analysis, and automation technologies.
  • Business acumen with a strategic mindset and a passion for driving organizational excellence.
