About the role
- Oversee and execute 1:1 Consumer Marketing campaigns, including Global Email Marketing campaigns.
- Support the Senior Manager, Global Consumer Marketing, in executing global emails for product launches, brand milestones, the Discover Blog, and consumer webinars.
- Assist in developing campaigns that leverage product and brand milestone messaging, ensuring all creative briefs are submitted promptly.
- Manage daily coordination with the Creative Team to meet delivery deadlines using launch toolkits.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing strategies support business goals.
- Oversee ongoing relationships with the CRM team to ensure timely execution of email campaigns.
- Support monthly testing within consumer-facing product emails and consumer webinar invites.
- Monitor email campaign performance and provide insights to optimize future marketing efforts.
- Assist in planning and executing consumer webinar assets to drive direct consumer sales globally.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in consumer marketing, sales, or digital marketing, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry
- Strong understanding of marketing operations across multiple channels, including email, digital, social media, and print.
- Experience with marketing analytics, audience segmentation, and campaign optimization.
- Excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to craft compelling consumer messaging.
- Highly organized, result-driven, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with marketing management tools (e.g., Wrike, Salesforce, or similar platforms) is a plus.
