About the role
- Serving as a member of the Portfolio Leadership Team
- As part of the Team, developing jointly strategic department goals
- Function as an in-house process and team collaboration drive e.g. with corporate strategy, legal, finance, and brand
- Support in preparing, negotiating and executing contracts
- Contract lifecycle management in collaboration with legal
- Supporting Portfolio Risk Management including monitoring yard health and related mitigations
- Acts as the liaison for collecting and sharing requested information between parties
- Communicating with stakeholders to ensure they are up to speed with contract lifecycle milestones and deliverables
- Developing Business Intelligence reports including e.g. industry landscape, shipyard slots, and forward looking understanding on cost level development
- Planning, tracking and reporting related to portfolio management
- Recommend policies and best practices to support portfolio management
Requirements
- Master of Science degree in relevant field
- Over 5 years relevant experience
- Strong communication, organizational and analytical skills required
- Advance Excel, Word, PowerPoint and MS Project strongly preferred
- Knowledge of strategy related processes strongly preferred
- Networking and partnership strategy experience and skills
- Knowledge of shipbuilding contracting processes and principles
