About the role
- Technical input for new tenders and business development opportunities.
- Preparing, Reviewing, Monitoring and approving Client Services Reports.
- Supporting the FM teams in the delivery of all Services.
- People management, addressing HR queries and liaising with HR as required.
- Carry out routine inspections and audits in line with audit plan.
- Check compliance with safety, quality, environmental and commercial procedures.
- Performance Development of Facility Managers and monitoring compliance with the performance development programme for operations team including caretakers and cleaners.
- Monitoring and ensuring FM teams have a planned approach to activities (minimise reactive approach).
- Negotiate and monitor Sub-Contracts.
- Communicate all updates to procedures to FM team and ensure implemented.
- Host quarterly HSEQ meetings within your region.
- Manage the delivery of new technology in facilities within your region.
- Management of services to ensure they are carried out in accordance with: Statutory and legislative requirements.
- Health and safety requirements.
- Applicable standard and codes of practice.
- Contract requirements.
- Good commercial practice.
- Quality & asset management plan.
- Company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Experience of working in a similar role within the service industry.
- Excellent commercial and communication skills with contractual knowledge.
- Proven experience in FM industry covering hard and soft services with a technical background being advantageous.
- Able to demonstrate attention to detail and adherence to standards.
- Analyse problems analytically, develop opportunities and implement innovative solutions.
- Experience in project management.
