Business Development Rep

• The Business Development Associate is responsible for driving new client acquisition for the company’s multifamily property management portfolio.
• Focus on identifying, cultivating, and converting new management opportunities while collaborating closely with operations, marketing, and executive leadership.
• Proactively source new third-party property management opportunities
• Build and maintain relationships with property owners, investors, brokers, lenders, and industry partners
• Manage the full sales lifecycle from initial contact through contract execution
• Develop and present customized management proposals and presentations
• Maintain a structured sales pipeline and provide regular reporting on activity and performance
• Collaborate with operations to ensure accurate underwriting, pricing, and onboarding
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions
