• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create targeted recruitment strategies for positions in all phases of the data center development life cycle

Electrical Engineer

• Lead internal and external teams to decisions and drive to outcomes.
• Lead, direct, and manage consultants in the design, procurement, construction and implementation of transmission, substation and distribution infrastructure. Identify risks during all stages of the project lifecycle.
• As a technical SME and strategy lead, mold design, project scope, schedule, and deliverables to meet client and Rowan requirements.
• Partner with procurement to deliver the equipment required for the success of Rowan projects.
• Support RFPs for electrical infrastructure design, construction, and operations. Review bids for conformance with the requirements of the RFP. Provide clarification on technical requirements.
• Integrate with the energy team to coordinate with the identified utilities. Act as the technical liaison between the consultant and the utility.
• Support the growth of the engineering team and of Rowan through the ownership of transmission, substation and distribution standardization to jumpstart internal and external teams.

Electrical Engineer IV

Solutions Engineer

• Assist in coordinating A/S/MEP design activities with external engineering consultants and support cross-discipline design alignment.
• Help gather and document customer A/S/MEP requirements in partnership with the Solutions Architect Team.
• Support updates to Rowan’s prototypical "Form Factor" designs, including quarterly adjustments for power, cooling, and rack density changes.
• Provide basic onsite support during construction to help verify architectural and structural work aligns with design intent.
• Collaborate with design and construction teams to help address site-specific challenges and improve constructability.
• Assist with coordinating construction documents prepared by third-party design consultants.
• Help identify project risks throughout the lifecycle and escalate them to senior technical staff.
