Project Manager

• Execute project implementation for a rapidly growing portfolio of utility infrastructure projects (medium and high voltage power, water and wastewater delivery and treatment) serving hyperscale data center sites
• Manage multiple utilities and contractors to deliver utility infrastructure from project agreement through in-service and handoff to operations
• Develop and execute creative bridging solutions with utility partners and contractors for last mile distribution projects
• Partner with customers to achieve sustainability goals via implementation of renewable and carbon-free technologies for a data center project
• Coordinate communication and deliverables between utility partners and internal stakeholders

Utility Project Manager

Accountant

• Execute month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes under the direction of the Assistant Controller
• Prepare and post journal entries, including accruals, prepaids, reclasses, and allocations
• Perform variance analysis, including budget vs. actuals, and provide insights to FP&A
• Prepare and review monthly balance sheet reconciliations across all key accounts
• Investigate and resolve reconciling items in a timely manner

• Support capital planning and tracking for development and infrastructure projects
• Forecast project-level cash flow and funding needs, updating projections based on schedule changes and actual spend
• Support monthly reporting and analyze actual results versus budget and forecast for all capital projects
• Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and strategic initiatives
• Identify key drivers of performance variances and provide actionable insights that result in value added changes to the business
• Define, track, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor business and project performance
• Partner with the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
• Work with teams outside of finance to gather data and assumptions for budgeting and forecasting
• Contribute to the preparation of investor reports, financial packages, and ad hoc reporting needs

Senior Associate, Capital Planning Analyst

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Lead preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with U.S. GAAP
• Oversee the preparation of footnote disclosures, including complex and non-routine transactions
• Ensure consistency and accuracy of reporting across entities, projects, and joint ventures
• Establish scalable reporting processes in advance of ERP implementation
• Own US GAAP & REIT external reporting deliverables for auditors, lenders, investors, and external advisors
• Lead research and documentation under U.S. GAAP including revenue recognition, consolidation, debt and equity, real estate general, drafting technical accounting memos and establishing company policy
• Own REIT compliance processes including income and asset testing, overseeing real property analysis, reviewing REIT compliance packages, and partnering with external tax advisors on compliance
• Serve as a point of contact for external auditors for financial reporting, assisting in responses to audit, diligence, and investor inquiries
• Partner with the Senior Manager of Financial Systems to design financial reporting and technical accounting processes within ERP and ensure systems capture required data for financial reporting and REIT compliance
• Strengthen internal controls and documentation

• Build and manage detailed budgets and forecasts for operational, SG&A, and capital project spend, applying GAAP principles to ensure alignment with internal reporting requirements
• Collaborate closely with Human Resources to develop and model compensation and benefits, including tracking and forecasting of long-term incentive plans
• Prepare investment memoranda and presentations for senior management and private equity investors
• Contribute to the preparation of investor reports, financial packages, and ad hoc reporting needs
• Support the monthly close process, including review of journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analysis
