💰 $130,000 - $165,000 per year
About the role
- Own end-to-end tracking of all OFCI equipment from PO issuance through onsite delivery
- Maintain a comprehensive OFCI equipment log, including submittal status, approved for fabrication dates, production and fabrication milestones, and delivery dates and sequencing
- Provide regular status updates to PM, Procurement, and Construction teams
- Collaborate with the Project Engineer to track all OFCI submittals from initial submission through approval
- Coordinate with vendors to identify risks to schedule, material availability, or manufacturing capacity
- Track equipment through transit and delivery to site
- Coordinate delivery sequencing with site construction teams to align with installation readiness
- Ensure logistics planning supports safe and efficient installation
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred
- In lieu of degree: 8+ years of relevant logistics/procurement/project execution experience supporting construction or industrial projects (data centers, MEP-heavy builds, energy/substation, manufacturing, etc.)
- Experience with ProCore or other Construction Management tools
